1. Introduction

Welcome to pks1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pks1 governing your access to and use of the pks1 website, mobile application, and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager on pks1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the pks1 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pks1.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pks1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pks1 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with international responsible gaming standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pks1 employee or business partner.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on pks1 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

pks1 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Failure to pass verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) pks1 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Pakistani mobile number (required for JazzCash / EasyPaisa verification)
• Preferred payment method details

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pks1 to terminate your account without notice.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party. pks1 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pks1 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In cases of network delays, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• pks1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to identity verification completion and any active bonus wagering requirements.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, unless otherwise approved by the pks1 finance team.
• pks1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a copy of your CNIC or bank statement) before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction through your bank or payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pks1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full identity verification and are aged 21 or above.
• Each welcome bonus or deposit bonus is limited to one claim per household, device, or IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless your account holds a bonus balance with no real-money balance.
• pks1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings derived from free spins or free bets are capped at a maximum amount as stated per promotion.

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for further action.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on pks1 — including online slots, live casino tables, cricket betting, Kabaddi markets, PSL match wagering, Sic Bo, and Mines — operate under individual game rules displayed within each game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before placing a wager.

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, pks1's server logs constitute the definitive record of the outcome. Disputes regarding technical failures must be raised with customer support within 48 hours of the incident.
• pks1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
• For sports betting markets — including PSL, international cricket, and Kabaddi tournaments — settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the governing sporting body.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or market listing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pks1 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the pks1 platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Using stolen payment credentials or conducting fraudulent transactions
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game format
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pks1 account
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory statements toward pks1 staff or other users

pks1 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally. Any credible evidence of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and account balances may be frozen pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pks1 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, software, promotional materials, page layouts, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pks1 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pks1 content without prior written consent
• Use pks1 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context outside the platform
• Screen-capture or record live dealer sessions for public distribution

Unauthorised use of pks1 intellectual property will be subject to takedown requests and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pks1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence, including sharing account credentials
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device failures on your end
• Decisions made based on information presented on the platform that you relied upon without independent verification
• Interruptions in service due to scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, or force majeure events

In all cases where pks1 is found to bear liability, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to pks1 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pks1 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Termination

You may close your pks1 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing us. Before closure, any active wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method.

pks1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious activity including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses
• A self-exclusion request made by you or a verified third-party responsible gaming body
• An instruction received from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon termination for cause, pks1 may void any bonus balances and withhold withdrawal requests pending a full account review. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method once the review is concluded, provided no fraud or criminal conduct is established.

11. Disputes & Complaints

If you believe that a transaction, game outcome, or account decision has been handled incorrectly, you should raise a dispute through the following process:

2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the live chat resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to our support email address. Our compliance team will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following our internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant international dispute resolution body applicable under our operating licence.

All disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event in question. pks1's decision following a completed internal investigation will be final in all matters relating to game outcomes verified by our RNG audit logs.

12. Changes to These Terms

pks1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of pks1 following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
